Engagements

Services are delivered according to the scope, timeline, and pricing agreed in your proposal. Additional work outside of scope requires a change order and updated estimate.

Payment

Productized engagements typically require a 50% deposit to reserve the sprint window, with the balance due at delivery. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.

Intellectual property

Upon final payment, you own the work product delivered. Build3r retains the right to reuse underlying frameworks and tools that are not specific to your business.

Confidentiality

We treat all non-public information you share as confidential and only use it to deliver the agreed services.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
